All of our long-lasting floral arrangements are handcrafted and made to order. Exchanges and refunds can be made if damages were caused during transit.
Empress Flora does not take any responsibility for any packages refused by the recipient at the time of the delivery.
After we receive the returned item. You will be refunded through Shopify within 3-5 business days.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately to confirm whether the order has been processed. If the arrangement is determined to be completed, we will not be able to issue a full refund because since that Empress Flora has already incurred an expense to complete the arrangement and you agree that such amounts may be deducted from any payments previously made to Empress Flora. Any changes or cancellation of an order will require prior written approval via email and can only be authorized by management at Empress Flora.
